Storefront measurement

We keep aggregate counts of page opens, product opens, sample interactions, mini-game starts and finishes, checkout-link clicks and help-section opens. We store the date, page, event name, edition or game, and a broad source label such as a specific GatherModo ad. These are counts of interactions, not unique visitors or confirmed purchases.

We do not assign analytics visitor IDs or analytics cookies, save IP addresses in these counters, record screens or mouse movements, collect typed answers, or send game content to an analytics provider. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable this measurement. Counters older than 90 days are removed when later events are processed. Our hosting provider can process normal technical request information to serve and protect the site.

Optional feedback

The “Still deciding?” question saves only the reason you choose, together with the aggregate page, date and source label. It does not ask for a name, email or free-text response. You can ignore it and use the store normally. If your browser privacy preference disables measurement, feedback collection is also disabled.

Your bag and purchased access

Your bag is stored locally in your browser. Clear site data to remove it. GatherModo Play uses an encrypted, secure access cookie for up to 24 hours. The server verifies your license with Payhip; the key is not put in public URLs or analytics. Sign out in Play to remove the access cookie.

Connected rooms

Rooms use a two-hour device cookie and temporarily store room state and short game answers so your group can play together. Room answers are not included in storefront measurement. Expired room data is removed during later room creation. Do not put personal or sensitive details into game answers.

Payments, downloads and support

Payhip handles checkout, delivery and its support forms. Payment providers handle payment details. When you arrive through an advertisement and choose checkout, campaign parameters already present in the page address (such as the source, ad identifiers or Meta click identifier) may be carried to Payhip so the resulting checkout can be attributed to that advertisement. GatherModo’s aggregate counters do not store those identifiers. GatherModo uses order and support information to deliver purchases and solve order issues. Never send card details or children’s personal information through support. Marketing subscription is optional.
